Competition/Training- If you’re not feeling tired from celebrating yesterday push yourself on this workout. if you are just here to move then go lighter on the weights and concentrate on the gymnastics mvmt.

Nasty Girls (Time)

3 Rounds for time of:
50 Air Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 135# / 95#
Intermediate: 7 Bar MUPS or 7 C2B Pullups


Fit: Jumping C2B pullups 95/65



3 Rounds:

20 weighted hollow rocks

10 hanging leg lifts as high as you can

10 banded lateral rotations

Cool Down

1min each:

half saddle with forward fold

shoulder stretch on rig

wrist stretch
